The report presents research that took place in 2009 with children, adults, and policymakers in drought and flood prone regions of Kenya and Cambodia to see how children saw their rights being linked to changing climatic conditions and the constraints they face. The children who participated in the research are part of a programme implemented by Plan International to reduce risk of disasters and had received non-formal education on child rights.
